Shipping Policy

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

 

We use Shiprocket courier partners to dispatch and ship our products. The delivery timeline typically takes about 3-7 working days.

Standard Shipping: We offer FREE shipping across India on orders above 599 and Rs. 60 shipping on orders below 599

Things to keep in mind!

The estimated shipment time is the number of days to receive an item from the ship date specified at checkout. It excludes weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen courier delays (weather, volume, traffic, etc.). 

In case of returns, the shipping fee is non-refundable. The customer will have to ship the product back to us at their own charge.

 

Please inspect the package before you take it from the delivery person. If you have any reason to believe that the package has been tampered with, you can refuse to receive it. Additionally, we advise that you record a video of yourself opening the package because it will serve as evidence in the eventuality of a mismatch or theft during logistics.

 

For international shipments, the processing time varies depending on the formalities of the respective receiving country. However, we process and ship out the order within 1-2 working days and aim to deliver the same in 10-15 working days.
